Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to AiSense, operated by Modulus FinTech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, assign access only to authorized team members, and have authority to connect every social account and direct actions performed through AiSense.

Content and connected platforms

You remain responsible for content, permissions, consent, and legal compliance. You must follow each platform’s terms and developer policies. Do not use AiSense to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications. Provider capabilities depend on permissions and availability.

Plans, payments, and renewal

Checkout is a one-time payment for the selected one-month or twelve-month billing period. AiSense does not automatically charge the payment method again; a workspace administrator must start a new checkout to renew. A cancellation request is recorded for the end of the current billing period and does not itself issue a refund. The payment provider and amount are confirmed before the customer authorizes payment. Available gateways are Stripe, Razorpay, and PayU, subject to account and transaction eligibility.

Taxes

Catalog prices are final. No tax is charged separately in the current checkout.

Availability and account closure

Features can change or be interrupted by provider changes, service maintenance, or revoked permissions. A cancellation request is scheduled at the end of the current billing period. Any refund is governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
