Plan YouTube publishing and review channel performance

Video publishing involves more than the upload: teams prepare assets, write supporting copy, coordinate timing, and review what happened after release. AiSense puts those steps beside the rest of your social workflow.

01

Authorize the Google account that owns the channel

YouTube access uses Google authorization and the channel permissions granted by the account holder. Analytics and publishing availability depend on the selected channel, current authorization, and the scopes granted to AiSense.

02

Prepare video work as a team

Keep video tasks in the publishing plan, organize supporting media, and coordinate review before release. Use the channel options available in the app for the connected YouTube account.

03

Read analytics with provider context

AiSense can show metrics returned for the connected channel, such as views or subscriber data where available. If the provider does not return a metric, the app should show that state rather than presenting it as zero.
