AiSense is a digital software service. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital delivery

Paid digital access is activated instantly after the payment provider confirms the payment and the AiSense server verifies the transaction. If a payment is successful but confirmation is delayed, access is activated after reconciliation.

Access requirements

Use a supported browser and the account credentials created for your workspace. Social channel features also require the relevant provider account, permissions, and an active connection.

If paid access is not available after checkout confirmation, contact the support email on our contact page with your account email and transaction reference.
