Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of data associated with your AiSense account, workspace, or connected social account.

How to request deletion

Email the business support address on our contact page with the workspace name and account or connection you want removed. State whether your request covers the workspace, social connection, inbox records, or published content. Do not include passwords, tokens, or verification codes.

Verification and processing

We verify that the requester is authorized, then process deletion for data controlled by AiSense. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Information held by a social platform must be managed through that platform.

Revoking social access

You can remove AiSense from the connected platform’s business integrations settings to revoke platform access. To delete records already stored in AiSense, use the request process above.
