This policy explains how AiSense processes data when you use the service. The data involved depends on the workspace features and social accounts you connect.
Information we process
We process account and workspace details; social account identifiers and authorized profile information; content, comments, messages, contacts, and analytics made available by connected platforms; user-submitted media; support requests; service diagnostics; and transaction records needed to manage subscriptions.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, operate publishing and inbox features, display analytics, coordinate team access, process support requests, protect the service, and fulfill billing obligations. Optional AI features process the inputs you submit through the configured provider to produce the requested result.
Storage, security, and retention
Social authorization credentials are stored by the application service and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized workspace members and service operators with a business need. We retain information while necessary to provide the service, meet security and accounting needs, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Connected platform data can be removed by disconnecting the account and requesting deletion of associated records.
Sharing and service providers
We share data with a connected social platform when you request an action through that platform, and with hosting, storage, payment, and AI providers as needed to deliver the features you use. Those providers process information under their terms and applicable agreements.
Your choices and requests
Workspace administrators manage users and connections. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@aisense.in. Do not include passwords, tokens, or card security codes.
Children and policy updates
AiSense is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements evolve; the current version is published here.
