Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to AiSense software subscriptions purchased from the AiSense website. It does not cover purchases made directly from a third-party platform.

Money-back window

Refund requests for an initial purchase must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to initial monthly and annual plan purchases, including plans that have been partially used. Contact support within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase to request a refund. Renewal payments are excluded.

How to request a refund

Contact support using the official email on our contact page. Include the account email, plan, transaction reference, and purchase date. Never send full payment card numbers or security codes.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within a maximum of 7 days. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment gateway and its working-day processing schedule.

Cancellation and renewals

AiSense does not automatically charge for renewals. You may cancel a plan for the end of its current period. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to an initial purchase only; renewal payments are excluded.
